Almax chains are gonna be the best chains to look at.

Abloy padlock, or Squire padlock with the chain.
Pragmasis chains or Almax chains. 19mm is nice, nice and heavy.

I have an Almax Immobilser IV, they are excellent, but very heavy, so only good when using them in one place, like I keep mine attached to the bike shed at my gf's University, so I don't have to carry it around.

Almax show some promo videos on their website of them cutting through all market leading chains, and not being able to cut through their own & as I understand it, noone has proved them wrong yet.

Almax or Pragmasis in 19mm or 16mm, with a Squire ss65cs or Abloy 362 padlock. Thumbs Up
