Hi again, following on from my earlier thread, I now need to find a better condition front wheel for my CD200.

There are a few on eBay in varying conditions and a few which are listed for the CD185. Are they the same? I know the CD200 and CD185 are very similar in most ways. Where as the older CD175 was quite different.

Also, if they are the same, are the drum brakes the same as well?

Alternatively, are there any other wheels I could use?

Thanks.
Joe.

Ok well I have found out that the rims are identical between the 185 and the 200 and also the front and back on both bikes are the same.

The drum brake shoes are also the same part number for both bikes although front and rear are different.

I have ordered a 185 wheel and hub for my 200 so I will see if they are identical. I suspect that they are.

Joe.
