If that's not Photoshopped it needs crushing.

It's a nice piece of engineering but only for engineering's sake.

They've taken two bikes at the top of their respective fields and turned them into one that's good at neither.

id be tempted to shorten the wheel base,
how easy that would be on an alloy mono lever type bike i dunno,
it looks a bit lie a drag bike,
may be if it was turbo'd then you could just pretend it was a drag bike Wink

Loads of bits don't match up - the exhaust system is particularly badly thought out by the photochopper.

thats why i said mono lever (the name of the bmw equiv shaft drive)
they lengthen them on the older steel monolever bikes to gain suspension travel, im sure shortening them would be even easier, but they are steel not alloy like this one or the newer bmw shaft drives,
that said, you could possibly adapt a shorter bmw unit,

Different.. Sick

The 'dragster' sport bikes seem popular in the US Laughing saw about 5 on public rosds in florida a few years ago, think most of them were just extended wheelbases rather than tuned up though, look hideous either way Rolling Eyes

Shaft drive, innit.

[edit]I was wrong. Here's a higher detail pic and there's ones of the same bike in other locations. 'Confirmed'

It looks to be a fairly standard Goldwing setup; here's a normal goldwing (with lots of plastic bits):

Here's some more detail:

And finally, this was what convinced me it wasn't a photoshop; another picture Smile.

So, that's what happens when an engineer gets drunk in his fully equiped garage. Thumbs Up Laughing

Yeah.......I can see how it goes from that middle pic. Bloody ugly lumps tho aren't they Question There's still the question why? Very Happy

Because he can?

My memory of my 1500 is that it handled much better than it had any right to, had a jewel of an engine, but a slightly remote front end.

Chuck away all the extraneous weight, fit a sharp set of forks and you probably end up with a pretty good handling torque monster.

It makes no sense on the road but if it is going to be dragged or sprinted I would like to see the time tickets.
