Crash it for fun

Hi

For some reason My System 3 has changed itself over to silent arming/disarming. The alarm still works as normal though. The manual/leaflet says that this is a selectable option activated by securely earthing the white wire. what white wire where ( I can see two) and why might it have suddenly grouded?

Take the bike back to the shop that fitted it and ask them to check it out, could be that a wire has lost it's outer plastic casin (got rubbed or cut some place).
