Wouldn't the fact that you won't know your way around London be a slight hinderance when couriering?

If you remember some of it from delivering bread in a van years ago, you don't know it well enough to be a courier.

Just get a minimum wage job in southampton and stop whining.

I'd second that. I think I have had said before here the only people who do couriering in London or either insane or track racers earning spare cash.

I've never seen an old courier.

Does the fact you don't know London going to be a major flaw in becoming a courier? Confused

Why not get a job in Southampton like being a courier down there? There is a general demand for them anywhere so it would be a good plan to do it somewhere where you know the way around as would you pay a courier to deliver something in a town they didn't know their way around? Laughing

Couriers need to know all the short cuts and quick ways of getting places so not knowing the town will not help you at all. Plus even if you can get a job as a rookie courier you won't get paid much and living in London costs more.

Remember you'll also be in need of a courier type bike.

No, a Bandit does not count.

And they'll only employ you with a bike to use for work if you're experienced and good, which for someone who do have any experience of life as a courier you'd be pushed to get a job with them.

Also as Bendy says the insurance costs a small fortune. How old are you?, claims/ conviction? and how many NCB?
