Moto GP looks boring as per, but in Moto 2, Redding is riding again after breaking his wrist at Phillip Island. Qualifying is on now, in hilarious wet/dry conditions.

Tomorrow's forecast looks like being dry.

Tomorrow is set to be dry, which should see a return to Ducati's usual form. That said, Motegi is a track they've traditionally gone well at. Maybe because it's all 90 degree corners seperated by big straights. Razz

Good effort from Scott but I don't think he'll be able to do much in the dry. I'd love to be proved wrong but I think Asparagus will do enough.

According to Cal his final, front qualifying tyre destroyed itself within a couple of laps. A Honda will win tomorrow if it's dry.

I think Lorenzo might argue over a honda winning tomorrow!!

Interesting to see the Aoda team almost running out of engines, they're running BMW s1000rr engines all be it highly tuned for those who don't know, and they're blowing up a lot lol.

It will take a massive effort from JLo to beat them. The rain was a great leveller in QP but in the dry it is a circuit that plays to the Hondas' strengths; hard braking, long straights and point and squirt corners.

EDIT: I should probably mention Honda actually own Motegi. They should be good there.

It would be the perfect track to see a CRT bike win and rub it into the HRC faces!

I do agree that moto gp has seemed to go a bit boring again now, Marquez has been the only rider to be fantastic really this year, and without more riders and more teams, I cannot see an exciting future either!

The CRT's need some more equality for next season with the factory teams, as that would make the whole grid a bit more of one sport instead of two separate classes in one which is a pretty pants set up!

I still vote for a 1200cc rule for 2015 and stepped capacity classes up to say 1400cc for Twins, and lets have more tyre manufacturers in the sport as one tyre is just crap really!

Took me a while to figure out what lacist meant - Sockcooker!!!!

Anyway..hope Scott Reading does what he can. It really would be fantastic if he wins the championship - It's not impossible! Cool

As for 93 - It's his to lose but Nobody & I mean NOBODY can critisize (think that's how its smelt) him for raising the bar this year & bringing a bit of excitement to what was becoming a very boring series.

shame hes pulled off some dickish moves on his way to getting it. it seems every other race theres a controversial move coming from marquez.

the one that annoyed me most was his obvious brakes on crutchlow in germany.

Not him clearly pushing past waved yellows and coming within inches of Cal and the marshals in the warmup at Silverstone?

He's a kid with talent though, and given time to calm down his riding style a bit he will be consistantly fast but less on the ragged edge, possibly more Lorenzo like.

Mind you i think it was Jorge's fault for the coming together at Austrailian GP.

Marquez has his moments just like Simmoncelli yet everyone loooooves him

Also I agree with ham, the Ducati's will go backwards until they reach 6/7th where they will stay fighting each other

Mechanic for Vale suspects a delay until the weather improves.

Set the recorder and enjoy an extra hour in bed. Thumbs Up

Probably best to record the program after it as well if it gets delayed Thumbs Up

In the free practice Marquez has slung it up the road again. He bounces well, but for how long?

Moto 2, Redding taken out in the first corner. Pol in the lead at the moment. Sad

Marquez's crash from this morning looked huge. Still not hurt himself though.
