Hi All

Here we have for sale my RGV250 VJ22 TYGA kitted bike, i bought this bike last year on the 12/10/12 it was part stripped by the previous owner loads of parts missing, worn or just knackered!!!, for the next 3 months I totally stripped and rebuilt into the bike you see today, i have a have a lot of photos on photobucket so please follow the link to see https://s21.photobucket.com/user/chrissie125/slideshow/rgv%20Rebuild

Once stripped I had the frame, swing arm, engine craddle and rear subframe powder coated gloss black, on rebuild I fitted new bearings in everything. The front forks have been stripped, new seals and bushes fitted, and a set of hagon progressive springs and fresh oil, the rear shock is off gsxr 07 with a custom made spring to suit the RGV, it handles brilliantly I weight 13 and a half stone and there loads of adjustment so would suit plenty of people of all sizes. The brakes have been fully stripped with new seals put in the calipers and master cylinders, new sintered pads fitted front and rear, and braided hoses also front and rear and HRC rear brake reservoir.

When I bought the bike the engine was in an unknown state so I stripped it totally, unfortunately the top end was worn, it has had the cylinders replated by TTW, and genuine suzuki pistons, rings, little end bearings and pins fitted, and the crank has had new outer bearings and seals fitted, also all new genuine gaskets and seals fitted, the water pump has also had a new shaft, impellor and seals fitted, the engine is standard with a set of Tyga mildsteel chambers with aluminium cans, I fitted the Aprillia SAPC so there is no flat spot. I have fitted a full set of silicone hoses, new set of power valve cables, a lot of the bolts are swopped for stainless steel ones, new clutch plates, the power valves were also shot but they have been replaced with a good second hand set

The bodywork is all Tyga, if you know this company you will know it is not cheap!!! it is painted gloss white, many people have asked what paint job it having but I like the look, it has full road lights, led indicators, led rear light, so has a full MOT not and daytime one, also the rearset have been replaced with Tyga items, I have replaced a lot of the old wiring plugs for proper ip protected ones, and a sealed high power battery fitted

The wheels have also been powder coated, again all new bearing fitted, new chain and spockets, carbon fibre front mudguard (it does have a chip at the front), after market clip-ons, new tyres.

The MOT is 15th February 2014 and tax is till the end of Jan 14.

I have spent hours and hours on this bike over the winter but after only riding it just over 500 miles this year and I want to start racing again it has to go, there is a couple of areas that if I was keeping I would fix, the throttle housing is a little marked and faded, there is a couple of stone chips but I built a bike to ride not to sit in the garage, and is priced accordingly.

asking price is £4250.00ono

Any questions please ask, I would say if your interested please come have a look, any inspection welcome, and if you want a test ride the full amount of the sale in cash must be in my hand before!!!!! contact me on 07593 507003, please text if I dont answer as I maybe at work and I will ring you back. I live in Belton Near Doncaster
