More Famous People Arrested

In their quest to besmirch and sully as many household names as possible, police officers have made more arrests.
As the police now have to be exercise great caution with regard to accepting bribes from journalists, the names of the people arrested remain unknown. This has, inevitably, lead to wild speculation as to the identities of the people arrested. The only detail released about one of the men is that he is a 64 year old, well known TV and radio presenter. I can't for the life of me imagine who they might be referring to.
As an aside, I wonder what the police achieved by carrying out one of these arrests at 5 o'clock in the morning, other than ensuring that everybody involved ended up having a late breakfast? Surely they could have simply phoned the man and come so some sort of deal.
