Honda 250 Super Dream: spares or repair

I did get it running right, used it for my short commute for a bit, did a run across London to the Ace with no problems, but I didn't really connect with it, probably to do with spending a lot of years on much bigger machinery.

Decided to do the 2012 May Day run, got as far as Rykas and one of the new throttle cables snapped, so it was recovered to my house and has languished there, unloved and uncovered, ever since.

So, to be clear, it wasn't exactly mint before (although it was in decent basic condition) but it's now been open to the elements for 18 months; I'm sure it could run again, but some time and money will need to be put into it.

I have a V5 in my name and it's declared SORN.

Make me a sensible offer and come and take it away.
