I'm new to the whole road riding, so I bought a Honda SCV100 off a friend. I enjoy riding the bike but he used it as a commuter as he has a blackbird also. I find other bikers don't nod at me when I have an L plate on but the time shortly after my crash when I didn't have an L plate they did Is it just me I but I also enjoy riding with other (but a lot of my friends have 50cc motorcycles restricted to 30, which I find dangerous) I find people don't like riding with a scooter even though I can keep up as I can reach the national speed limit. Surely we all enjoy our bikes just the same? :S |

Being able to do the national speed limit doesn't mean you can keep up.
Do your test and get rid of the ped, your life will improve! |

Excellent that you've got your test booked, getting a 125 bike is an equally excellent idea. |

I know, I know I've only just taken my insurance out, so I'm saving for a 'bigger' bike. Problem is, my bike will only fetch me about £300 probably -_- Ahh well, only way is up |
