help with my sinnis

so i change the stock carb for a little bit bigger one and now it wont turn over unless the handlebar is too the side it starts fine then when i try to put my handle bars straight it just cuts out never come accross this before very strange its a sinnis apache 125cc and 13 plate

Either your throttle cable is routed incorrectly, or your switchgear wires are routed incorrectly.

If it's the throttle cable - it's pulling tight as you turn it to one side and opening the needle a bit (it may be worth checking clip height on the needle too once sorted)

If it's the switchgear wires, they're pulling and shorting the kill switch.

Thanks it sorted now it was a clip near my handlebars cutting into my wires

What carb did you put on it out of interest and what kind of effect has it had?
