1987 Honda XL500R carburetor question

I just got a 1987 xl600r and I cannot figure out if it has an A or AC carb. On the carb itself it says PH68H. I am asking just because there are nor rubber hoses hooked up to it and I got two diagrams that show where to hook them up and how to connect them. Does someone know the answer?
