Chain Adjustment:

For the Shiver, the suggested movement from pushing the chain from upper to lower slack is 25mm.

I check my chain every week when cleaning and adjust when necessary.

In the future you need a new chain, opt for a decent one (DID etc) as they last longer and less prone to breaking.

Great choice of bike Thumbs Up

PS, triple check with a rule/ruler that each side is the same distance and look down the length of the chain from behind to ensure its straight.
