CPI SM 50 (Not getting fuel through)

Hello bike chat forums I have a cpi sm 50 and have just carried lots of work out on it, new carb, new engine, new reeds, new engine manifold, new throttle cable, and now linked to standard air box, also it has a yasuni exhaust! (Carb is 19mm and have jetted to suit, it did run perfect!
Pretty much broke down the other day (just cut out coming into 3rd, I got it back to where I work by pushing it and then the next day I kicked it and it started! But doesn't hit powerband in 1st and haven't been into any other gears.
Shall I clean my carb out and airbox and put new fuel in it? And see if that works? If not could it be engine related or...
Anyone I'll let you experts help me!
Please help me, as it's my only way of transport!
Forgot to mention I have an aprilia engine in it, and load of rs parts etc, it's hardly a Chinese bike anymore apart from wiring a frame etc!

I had a CPI sprint. My best advice is to take it back to the dealer and ask for your money back.

You have a lot of non-standard parts there, so a lot of scope for things to go wrong. Was the work done by someone competent and experienced, or by a 16 year old?

The initial questions to answer are around the carb set-up. How did you determine what jets and needle settings to use, did it even run correctly with this set-up?
