Help with morning sickness- any cures?

Well i am 2 months pregnant and the morning sickness is horrible! Was just wondering if anyone has any ideas to help with/ stop the sickness?!

I never suffered with morning sickness, though a bag of peas set me off once, go figure.

I had medication that was pretty grim and used to leave me nauseous for days after taking it.
Ginger was recommended to me.
I love the stuff so was a great excuse to drink loads of ginger beer, eat ginger nuts etc.
Still not sure if it helped or not, but hey, I got to eat/drink lots of gingery stuff.
Ginger was a winner for me.

I blamed the 10 pints of Guinness and several rusty nails...

the wife used to nibble on a cereal bar first thing in the morning to ward it off, said eating helped but not eating lots straight away.

what works for one person doesn't work for others.

Have just asked my wife.
Along the lines about cereal bars above recommend having a few biscuits before getting up.

If really severe then take some Gaviscon.
