Amazing the damage one of them f*ckers can do. My missus hit one in a Mondeo and it destroyed the plastic bumper.

Blame the rich toffs for a) breeding them so they can shoot them, or b) being rotten shots and missing too many.

Okay, more specifically, lucky that screen was there otherwise it would have hit him square in the chest and probably would have knocked him off. P.s. eat shit.

I hit one on a country lane (its an A-road, is this a fair description?) at about 50 whilst driving a bus a couple of years ago. 3k worth of damage.

Lucky it hit the screen and not you tho.

I once hit a pheasant in the ambulance. Bounced up the bonnet and thought nothing more of if, until I barked up bad at the station. Filling out paperwork I spot a trickle of blood down the windscreen.

The damn thing had got stuck in the siren. Cue me up a ladder scraping the remains of said pheasant out of the siren with my hands. Still slightly warm... Not a nice experience!

I have an old screen in the garage if you want it. Looks a bit gash because it has one of those vent things in it. Destined to be binned but it you want to come and get it you are welcome.
