Cbr 600 F4 clutch help(about to go nuts)

Im going to make this short but man... im stuck with this for 2 months(wrong parts received etc..)

Let me explain it first..
When I put the clutch cover back one.. I can't move that cover clutch thingy to the right where it supposed to be so i can reattach te clutch cable...
the reason it wont let me because when I pull on the lifter pin there is only a little bit of play and the plates wont go into "neutral".
I tried to remove the springs/bolts and the clutch hub cover and let the plates and lifter pin it then It did work.. I had no issue putting my cover back on and moving that thingy(really don't know the name of it) to the right and attached the cable..(the clutch cable was adjusted all the way but absolutely zero pressure on the lever).
I already spent 200euros on these things and last thing I want to do is letting my bike get picked up by mechanic and let them fix it for 80euros a hour(they ask 3 hours for it).

Please help!
