Fancy just blowing this thing up tbh.

But ill give it a civil try first lol! Right got a system 3 on my bike.
Started having random alarms going of lately. Then i come to my garage the other day to have a funny clicking noise coming from the alarm module. Alarm dosent respond to key fob. But left over night the alarm decides to work again and all fine and dandy.

When the alarm decides to make funny noises and not function the bike will still start and run fine. good eh? While all this is going on the little green light up front blinks away per usual lol

Just wondering if anyone has any ideas on whats gone wrong.!

Thanks in advance all Smile

Just take the bloody thing out. It's a waste of time trying to troubleshoot it. (Make sure your battery is 100% tip-top though).

i'd be interested to know what the problem was if you get it fixed as i've got a system 3 myself but mine has always worked perfectly.

well.. other than sometimes doing a weird beep when disarming it on hot days. another press of the button clears it with no problems though

have you tried the usual of looking at the wiring? make sure its all plugged in? tested battery? changed key fob battery?

are you sure its the alarm module clicking? my trackbike's fuel pump (i think) can start clicking for no good reason when the batteries low (600RR)

launch it, over at least three gardens away from your house so you'll never be tempted to try and find it again.

or look on the datatool website, despike it and do a full reset and then see if it works then throw it.
