new speed bump things

hey everyone
i was reading in the paper that they are thinking of using these new things kinda like rumble strips but if u go above 35 over them, they make you shake like f**k, i was just thinking will this effect us, cause speed bumps dont, i just continue my spees while barrys in lowerd nova's are going 0.5mph over them so they dont break there skirting, but i dont think it would make a diffrence, all the current speed bumps do is slightly kick me outta my seat if i go too fast over them and then i can remedy that by standing up
so, your opinions please
