Just been given a pretty cool opportunity

So, I've been given the chance to work with the pit crew in a endurance race team

I've already spoken to Neil Spalding a few times, pretty interesting bloke and knows a hell of a lot, and this has kinda got me hyped up.

Has anyone done anything like this and can give their experience?

Friend of mine was in a pit crew, loved it but says it horribly stressful and people often end up in tears screaming at each other
