I was quite happy to die tonight but again my dearest friend has carried me home sixty five miles in sub zero temperatures the roads especially side ones were extremely icy and unforgiving I had to reduce my speed to a crawl and drag my boot on the floor but we made it. Yet again I am speechless and amazed.

My mirror cracked at work though when I was scraping the ice off. Where to get replacement glass? I'm aware mirrors are not a legal requirement but I find them very useful.

I'm going to bed now.

It's quite the feat. It didn't let go of the bodge finely engineered weld and sever his left foot, the brake pads didn't fall off and everything else held on by spit and blu-tack failed to let go.

I'd have taken the R6 for that distance though.
