Just been for some new Gigs and an eye test and been told ive got early signs of keratoconus in my left(dominant) eye.

Anyone else ever had or has this?

degenerative disorder of the eye in which structural changes within the cornea cause it to thin and change to a more conical shape than the more normal gradual curve.
Keratoconus can cause substantial distortion of vision, with multiple images, streaking and sensitivity to light all often reported by the patient. It is typically diagnosed in the patient's adolescent years. If afflicting both eyes, the deterioration in vision can affect the patient's ability to drive a car or read normal print.

I wonder if I do... last time I had an eye test I tried to describe the settings to the optician and he said my new glasses should help. While they've helped in other ways, I still have weird symptoms and what's described there seems to match some of it.

The guy has altered a photograph to simulate how it looks for him in his bad eye.
