Hi everybody, and happy new year.
I have just joined the forum after being away from bikes for a few years (wife and kids).
Got myself a gpx750 and had it about 6 months now, but it's nowhere near as good as my last bike, gixxer 750 slingshot. I loved that bike Crying or Very sad

Hi Jim.

So, why get the GPX instead of another Gixxer? Did She Who Must Be Obeyed have a say in that? Wink

It was mainly due to budget as to why I didn't get a gixxer. Picked the kwak up for £500 taxed and tested. It's a good bike and plenty quick enough but if I ever had an opportunity to. Swap for a gixxer I would.

GPx750's are alright bikes. For £500 taxed and tested that's a bargain I reckon.

Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another.

Getting anything running and T&Td for £500 is a steal. Thumbs Up
