Hello guys!
I want to raise a warning for ordering products from Coyotemoto.com.
I placed an order and pre payed with my credit card in June 2013.

It was for a sliders kit for my Superduke 2007.

My first emails no respons.
Then i wrote to him on his facebook wall, and look.
Respons a few minutes later.
We emailed and he said that the money isnt in his account.
Rang Paypal and they verified that the money was in his account.
Some more emailing and after a while he also saw the money.

Promised that the sliders will be sent and i will get a trackingnumber.

But still no sliders, and still no trackingnumber!

There is other threads that this company is no good!
"Just google it".

So shop at your own risk!
My money is gone!
He doesnt reply my emails, and no sliders!

Bad Coyotemoto!

Why don't you just call your credit card company, or paypal, raise a dispute and get your money back?

Why did you use this company, when there are so many big and genuine companies that also sell sliders for pretty much any bike? Do your research in future.

But give him a good beating does that stop his bad company?

I rather give him bad publicity!
Thanks for the info!

Maybe because they knew if they fobbed him off for 120 days the chargeback timelimit would expire.

You paid with paypal, check out their buyer protection, you should be covered in this case., unless you sent the payment as a 'gift'.

Good spot, but that's Ricardo Rodrigues in Portugal, not FredrikM in Sweden.

Paypal would have refunded you your money 6 months ago but they won't do anything now.

Dunno, just seemed a bit coincidental both being Dukes.

CC co have nothing to gain by NOT disputing. Does not cost them anything to do so. Money comes from the retailers merchant bank.

More likely because the payment was via paypal.

Paypal can reject the chargeback as THEY DO NOT SUPPLY THE GOODS.
Therefor they have done what the OP paid for.

But WTF, did the Op not dispute with PP in the 45 days.... Confused
