radiator resvere is located under the fuel tank to the left and has a rubber cap with a small pipe going into it you need to fill this to the fill line with 50% water and 50% anti freeze.

to learn more about serving the NSR go to Korns fabilous site www.nsr125.com

Anti freeze also acts as a summer coolant for the water. Use de-ionised water as well it seems to help with fur and corrosion, you can get it from halfords or DIY stores Smile

if you ride in town during summer at very low speed , sometime your temperature indicator will go in the red zone . you must stop for a while or you will broke the piston . if it does it often i will recommend to adapt an electric motor in front of the radiator with either a simple switch or a thermometric contact fit somewhere in a
pipe . power consumption will be around 30-40 watts under 12v
keep an eye on your temperature !

alains, your bike is overheating if that is happening and could be water pump not working/ wrong timing/ cyclender head gasket, get it sorted or you will warp you piston/barrel and it will seize
