hello
i have a direct bikes db50qt-11 50cc scooter.
the headlight and rear bulb blew yesterday. i replaced them but the headlight dipped beam immediately blew again when i started to accelerate from stop position.
i fitted the appropriate bulb 12V 35/35W
i welcome advice on how to proceed.

Do you have a voltmeter? Measure what is going through the circuit at idle and revving.

Either that or a short somewhere but I'd expect fuses to go too.
