Near Buckingham, eadge of Milton Keynes. To be honest I was plannin on doin it myself, especially as £60 is pretty pricey on my budget. Does it really make alot of difference?
I ask as with normal spray paint I could do it with at least three layers and with a prima for about £15 (both wheels)

Powder coating is the way forward!
I think, unless you have a good dry, warm, dust free area to do it in, you could really make a mess of the job....
Good luck though.
