Our motorcycle MOT regime is unlikely to change much in response to Brussels' latest inanity.
Introduction of the ecomental 10% ethanol in fuel has been pushed back to 2016.
Oh, graduated licenses or other restrictions on young car drivers has also been punted into the long grass though. Doubtless too much of a vote loser. ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.
