As you come out of gerrards bend and the straight there is now a chicane called edwena (or some thing like that) so your on the right hand side of the track and turn left then over to the right and my right knee touched the tarmac until you prepare for the esses

All of two mate, although one doesn't seem to be too firmly in my control at the moment. Confused

What's wrong with your knee? (I'm guessing from the crash, but didn't know you hurt your knee too Sad)

Nothing wrong with my knee, but having not used my left leg for 3 months or had any physio, I have had some serious muscle wastage. Hopefully in a couple of months it will get it's strength back. At the moment it doesn't always do what I tell it to. Confused

Mad Hope it gets back to strength quickly. How come you've not had phsyio? You supposed to leave it a certain amount of time? or just haven't been able to..?

Not sure, but my guess is that it's because the NHS are pants. Vicky (Viper) has given me some exercises to do, but nothing official.

From all the research I've done on broken Acetabulums, physio should start about a week after the operation, so I guess they just forgot about me.

Trudging round Glastonbury in the mud has definitely started my muscle regrowing though. Laughing

</end thread hyjack>
