This just can't be right, ok it's daily fail however the conditions of the house are appalling. Surely he should of got a worse sentence.

Presuming his children have been handed over to the mother/care services I guess [in my opinion] theres not much point jailing him to be honest, i'm sure hes going to get more punishment losing his kids than any jail sentance - if he doesn't care to lose his kids its irrelevant either way anyway.
