Need a quick bit if advice on tyres and brake pads.

Was going to order some pirelli rosso 2s for the gsxr, anyone use them ? Seem to have very good reviews online, and would you say £190 for the set is a good price ?

Also, need new brake pads, where's the best place to order them ? And what sort of price should I be looking at paying ?

Thanks in advance

Rosso 2s would be ideal for your bike if mileage is not a worry Thumbs Up

As for brake pads, there are too many brands to put here, but Brembo have a good name

as have Bendix

My choice is for Ferodo, but that is only because I have been buying them for over 30 years

No. If you want sticky rubber, such as those, there are plenty of cheap part worn on ebay - lots of supply vs not much demand. Im after high millage and wet performance from mine but michelin pr3's with good tread are rare Sad

I would recommend from this seller, got a rear PR3 from him:

Thanks for the link to the part worn, I did search but didn't see any when I did. Not a fan of the Michelin tyres so will most likely go with the pirelli

Thanks for the brake pad links, I will have a quick butchers

Have you tried OEM pads? They are often the best for road use on Honda's.

Last bike I just got the honda dealership to do My rvf, Wasn't cheap though

Money's a bit tighter now so wanted to look into buying the pads myself for the gsxr, never ordered any myself before
