Hi BCF, I hope someone can help out as I have no idea what's up.

I have just bought a 1994 Honda cbr600f2 and all look good when looked over it but that din't last.

After about 3-4 miles all the lights died on the bike at the same time while it was running. The only thing working was the headlight everything else including the horn was dead. I checked the fuses and no problems there.

It has already been to a garage who said the wiring to a new LED rear light was faulty which was fixed but when went to start up the bike 5 mins after left garage shock horror no lights again.

Could the rear LED unit to be blame as on the verge of ripping it out!

Thank you for any help as I want to take this for a ride out
Smile

With the lights off initially, then check with them on.

Garage replaced said wire, but did they mention if they replaced any fuses? Did you check the main fuse (separate to the box of smaller ones)?

I would also be checking all the earth points, any loose connections can cause a blowout.
