It is good watching, and I bet it's fun roads to ride as well. However, have a read of this as the Department of Transport are trying to make all the roads there have speed limits on them, just like in the rest of the UK which would mean the end of the TT! |

I would disagree there mate. Bungee jumping, scad diving, sky diving, parachuting etc ARE extreme sports, however they are very slim risks in them. And fuck all skill.
Isle of man TT is raced by gods, i would have no problem riding the course, at speed, but i lack the skill (and bike too but hell... give it time ) to take it at the speeds they do. That takes amazing skill. Also the isle of man TT is not the place to go down, so yes they are insane, but again a calculated risk, it is alot more dangerous then track as if you spill on track all that awaits you is a long embaressing slide into the kitty kibble.
On the TT, yo ass is grass nigga, you go into a curb at 90 ish... your fucked. They have brick walls everywhere, etc etc.
Its kinda crazy.
But who has not done silly speed on roads that should you come off, your dead. Motorways for example. Go above 50 odd on a motorway and your at a low risk of walking away from a spill with just scuffed leathers. Do over a ton, and you dont want to come off.
I personally envy their chance to blast the TT, and soon as financially viable, i will join their ranks. Until then, i live and hope. ____________________ China traffic/travel bike vid - When I make a sweeping statement, please add the word 'statistically' in to the sentence before you bitch...

The TT is a biking institution and part of biking legend, the people who compete are Gods with far greater risks than the normal track.
I would love to go and ride it once maybe not at the absolute limit but just to say i've done it in a respectable time and got my knee down on the hallowed tarmac! ____________________ Suzuki RF 600 - The two wheeled Testarossa (Deceased)

[thread hijack]
Oh and bob, when we gonna meet up for a burn. Dont expect any wheelies off me, im about 90% sure the rear is just spinning and so it only goes up in first if you clutch it up off of speed bumps but never mind, its fast round the corners
