I've got EBC brake discs under warranty which requires me to use EBC pads to maintain the warranty. I use my bike daily in all weathers all year round. Is there a better one to use in my case? What are OEM pads, sintered or organic?

EBC HH are decent pads, you don't need anything better for the road.

As for OEM pads much depends what bike.
