Hi id' like to introduce myslef- my names chris, although my profile name is 'dave gimber' but thats because daves a well cool name.
Anyway i was jus wondering...If i am 17 and i have just passed my CBT can i ride a de restricted 125 bike?...such as a NSR, RS, VARADERO etc etc?
Any information would be very grateful Very Happy

basicly you can ride anythink thats a 125cc does,nt matter if its de-restricted.

Well, technically it needs to be restricted if you've only got CBT, but my NSR is derestricted. Just don't get caught doing 80mph+!

You still can't go over 11bhp even if it's a 125!

l,ve heared that the RG125 de-restricted puts out the most horse power for a street 125 at 33bhp

Any bike 2 stroke from the early 90s or late 80s, looking at about £1000.

I would say a more expensive bike is a worse bike, because you are more likely to loose money and probably going to be more bothered about polishing it that riding it Razz.

Performance hasn't significantly increased (and has decreased significantly with the CBR) since the early 90s.
