About one a day on average. If it sads you to read about it, you may want to stop reading about it.

What I never get is that they have small 4-5ft electric fences to keep horses in fields. Don't people know yet that horses can jump?

Not saying that's the issue in this case, just an observation.

The popo are in the poo.

There was a queue formed as the police stopped traffic due to a loose horse report. Saw no horse so sent the traffic on it's way, 1st off was 2 bikes that had filtered to the front of the queue.

Guess what they found round the corner?

Far too many horses round my way (the east). And two often there's nothing keeping them off the road but a bit of wire and a shallow ditch. If it were up to me I'd categorise them with elephants and see that they have similar enclosures. Furthermore I'd have a system where a horse only has to display erratic behaviour once and it would be banned from highways. Not to mention the mud/shit left round every corner.

If it can't pass an MOT it shouldn't be on the road.

Hmm, that would explain why the scene was closed for so long. They needed to wait for the support vehicle.

They didn't say it was a loose horse in the news report. Crap.

Glad no horseriders were harmed in the making of this accident. Sad

Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another.
