Passed with 0 faults
First bike is 1200
Mechanically breaks bike, then mends it.
I'm guessing you're a bike mechanic who spends his spare time at the gym and can bench 500lbs and actually passed his bike test 20 years ago but recently got banned for riding at over 200mph
So this was just a simple re-take
Congrats on passing chief! 2014 all ready to be a blinder |

Can't ask for more than that. Well, obviously that mikesaa309 chap would get a secret gold star superpass, but us mortals can only aspire to 0 minors. ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.

The ride position, size etc isn't much different to the varadero 125 tbh, there's not a deal of difference at speed limits around towns etc cos 30 mph is 30 mph.
Now the power, and I know it's not that powerful compared to some smaller capacity race types, but the power is smooth and always there.
Nipping around a slower car doesn't take a week of planning like on the vara, you don't get the pull out, ooh crap it's to windy can't make it pull in moments. It's more of a yes, it's clear and safe. Now it's over nip back in kind a thing.
I'm not used to the gear ratios etc and I think I'm keeping it in too high a gear some times but that will come I suppose.
I really can't wait for those nice summer afternoons/evenings. I'm going to be busy though cos I've got my kid every fortnight and then my horse to ride also! Lol!
Get your tests passed fellas and get a big bike, doesn't matter what cc, I wanted a big tourer type and that's the point to bikes. We can all get to work etc via car, bus or taxi so we don't NEED a bike. You can't carry much on them and they are limited to some degree with the weather. You have to wear lots of safety gear to stop your skin falling off if you hit the floor BUT as a hobby or toy they are a good choice and as such get what you want and enjoy it!
I will also commute on mine so really it serves a dual purpose! |
