Just a query, is that front tyre the right way round...?

I can't help but think that my Avon wasn't bi directional.. and I'm unsure if it went the other way...

Nice bike though, not my bag at all, but definitely better than the "Goldwing" nowadays

Yes it is the right way round for a front, if it's used as a rear it goes the other way. Not seen that before, must admit

Nice bit of 70's coolness, and if you didn't want to keep the pretty original looks, there's plenty of things you can do with it project wise!

What else can a BMW S1000RR be apart from a stiff back breaking sportsbike?

Very nice! Quite fond of these along with the R65/80, they don't look too shabby as a tourer with a Polaris fairing fitted.

A naked Goldwing is IMO a thing of beauty.
Closest look in newer stuff I think is the Valkyre, the F6C in Europe and Valkyre had wrong connotations in Germany, where they expected to sell shed-loads. Then again they're 10+ years old now.

T'interweb tells me Honda are reintroducing Valkyre as a GL1800 variant. Trouble is IMHO it looks horrible. Pictures click here.
