Also, for a 96, it's only a bit cheap.

Could make a nice 'breaker' for Iain, however.

Seller is a fool for listing it under parts - he's going to pay higher fees if someone clicks 'buy it now'.
(Which would cost him £65 + paypal fees and open to a dispite... a good argument for a call and offering £575 Smile

Yep listing under parts is stupid, the final value fee is higher, the bike won't be seen by people searching the motorcycle section and ebay have a hissy fit at you for listing in the wrong category if they find it.

The only time it could be viable is if the bike is worth less than £300, but it would have to be a lot less as you have to balance up the loss of passing trade so to speak.

I figured for £650 it might well be worth a punt but I would give the seller a call first as much as anything if he sounds like a chav twat you can hang up and leave it.

As he has put his name to 2014 it may be the same seller, just changed user name but yes as with anything off road approach with caution. I recently had a lad trying to sell me a 2000 plate drz sm which is funny cos they didn't come out til 05ish lol

A lot of people converted the earlier ones, so it's not that unreasonable (unless the one you saw definitely started off as a Suzuki SM.)

Nah it was a ringer lol, frame was scruffy and scuffed from MX boots the rest of it was mint, also had sm swingarm, no engine number, a keyless filler cap and a universal ignition switch. And it was £1000 with 2,500miles on the clock. Oh and when I got home I did a bit of looking about online and found a picture of it with a 55 plate saying it had been stolen. Reported it to police and messaged the guy who posted the picture but never heard anything back. Hopefully the chav wanker got done and the guy got his bike back.
