Is it worth going? I've only been to BMF in Peterborough before.

Been offered some free tickets, but it's still a 200 mile round trip in crap weather to get there.

Don't really need anything so it would purely be for the hell of it.

If I got free tickets, I'd probably go, but I live a short train/bike ride away.

200 miles? I'd pass.

Last time I went it was a bit dull and a fraction of what it was a few years before that.

A few of us going on Sunday (mentioned in SE Forum), myself, Silky, Carvel, Kris_fish. Just for a laugh, don't expect it to be awe-inspiring or life changing.

I'm going but I wouldn't travel 200 miles personally. It's local to me that's why I'll be there. But i think if you've been to one you've been to them all Thumbs Up

Went last year and it was crap I thought. Won some tickets in a Michelin competition so that's the only reason I'm going this year. Taking me two year old daughter so she will hopefully enjoy it as she's mad about bikes.

Went last year, we were considering going this year as it's only up the road but work and commitments are in the way. Preferred the Motorcycle Live show in November (so much more choice and much larger and packed out exhibition space)

That said, nothing wrong with the show but even with free tickets, 200 mile trip (to London as well!) isn't worth it for me.

I think the London show has just downsized a bit and competing with MC Live a few months prior with more manufacturers and vendors on the floor than MCN has, seems to have taken away from their offer

That said last year Honda gave us free tickets to the gadget show mid last year, 120 mile drive and gotta admit it was something different as had never been before and probably wouldn't have if they weren't free.

Isn't worth a 200 mile trip, especially on a bike, fuck that.
