hey i have a hyosung GT250, on first gear and releasing the clutch when the gear fully connects there is a slight knock sound and feeling from the back wheel though not all times but it happens alot usually when on uphills.. second gear it may happen too but rarely.
on other gears there is no problem..

Could be a loose chain tightening up slightly when you knock it into first, could be the normal sound of first gear, could be your cush drive rubbers.
