Hi All
Just spotted a cheap part worn tyre on ebay but its a 170 60 17 and mine should be 160 60 17.
Its for a CBR600.

Question is, will it fit and will it make any difference to handling ?

Cheers

Yes a 170 section fits.

Yes it'll probably affect your handling slightly, depending on the rim width. I would say it'll make it feel slightly faster steering and tip a little more weight onto the front.

Can't see it suddenly turning it into a tank slapping monster or anything though.

£30 with 5mm tread compared to £130 for new.
Worth a punt.
