Passed the theory test this morning. Full marks in the questions, 65/75 on hazard perception. I just need to get the practicals done then it's new bike time Very Happy

I can recommend the www.drivingtestsuccess.com apps for those who want a practice aid. I used both their question and hazard awareness iPad apps.

I've already got a 1 day conversion/lesson booked with Mod 1 the next day. Haven't booked Mod 2 yet, will see how this goes first.

I did my theory test on Thursday. I found the hazard perception test rather strange as I saw potential hazards that needed no click. I was talking to the bloke at the test centre who said that the HP test was designed for brand new drivers with limited road experience. When I did the HP I found myself looking at non existant mirrors and was going to even do a lifesaver! BTW, I passed. Training for MOD1 starts next week.
I had a crossover lesson a couple of weeks ago, just to see how I have been doing on the 125, and found out I'm doing alright. The school told me to do my theory and then start preparing for MOD1.
I must say that it was quite daunting getting on the "big bike" as I was concerned about my stumpiness being an issue and the weight of the thing took me by surprise but when I was out on the road found it a lot easier to ride than my little Yam. It was much more stable and I didn't have to work as hard to keep the thing going.
Well done on passing anyway.
