Hello BCF, I have just done lots of work on my generic trigger, so I can use it for a few month before it goes!
I have put a new top end on, new exhaust, carb, and inlet manifold.
Just to let you know, the bike is jetted all properly and runs spot on!
Apart from the cutting out every now and then!
What happens:
When I am riding sometimes my bike will just cut out, and I'll have to pull over and start it up again, sometimes it starts up straight away, but the odd time I'll have to put choke on to keep it running or to start it!
This is intermittent and does this once every couple of days at the moment!
I have jetted the bike, and plug chopped and looks spot on!
Please can someone give me some ideas on what it could be?
Anything!
Also when my bike is ticking over and I look at the spark plug, little bubbles kind of come out where the washer is. Any ideas on that to?
I really need to get it sorted as I need to get around!
Thanks! Please help!

Tighten up your plug.

I have done that, I'll do it again, but would that have anything to do with intermittent cutting out?
