 |
|
Hello, today while I was checking what's new on the market I found a nice '01 ZX6R near the place I live, for quite reasonable money. I went on-line to check some specs and the numbers look good for the ZX6R. What do you think? I was playing with that thought for a while now, having a smaller engine in lighter bike with shorter wheelbase and narrower tires would make the bike actually way quicker on curvy roads. Is it worth the try?
Any thoughts shall be appreciated...

Your ZX7R is such a beauty I wouldn't even think about selling it unless, the new bike is a MASSIVE improvement over that one. |

Well, you talked about improvement, if you meant beauty contest, then there's no such thing, I mean being better at being good looking, is there?
Don't take me wrong, I like the zxr, but when you actually have fun on the bike, it's far beyond the reasonable speed, which is quite a problem on the open road. The GPz550 and NC27 were fun at much lower speeds = still safe to push it.
The zxr is fast, but not quick, if you know what I mean. ____________________ '87 Honda XBR 500, '96 Kawasaki ZX7R P1, '90 Honda CB-1, '88 Kawasaki GPz550, MZ 150 ETZ
