Building a house and just having a think about what home automation products that are worth getting. Going to link up lights to a network so i can control them through a smart phone.

Just wondering if any of you have a cool set up in your homes worth taking on board?

My friend has automated all lights (with coloured bulbs) in the property, plus made wireless connections from their smart phones to an amplifier plugged into speakers around the house.

I have this cool thing that does most of my stuff for me.

Doesn't require electricity, but fuck me, it's expensive Shocked

Sometimes she even lets me sleep with her Thumbs Up

On second thoughts, stick to the automation Laughing
