Another part of my bike that's damaged from twatting a pot hole is the radiator, which has a crack in it, which steam comes out of and rise up past the bars.

This is up on ebay but looks a bit mucky, how well do you think that would clean up and what do I need to clean it?

BCF Validation = Bought.

Maybe some autosol to shine it up a bit and like lukamon said, straighten a few fins out.

Blow it through with an air line (outside that is), gets loads of crud out from between the fins.

At work, we jet wash the rads, on the lowest setting from about 9 inches away. We are working on buses though, so maybe the radiators on bikes aren't as tough. I don't think they break as easily as everyone reckons they do. But I ride aircooled bikes, so what do I know? Laughing

As somewhere above; a small screwdriver to straighten all the fins, then a jet wash. They aren't actually that fragile.
