Caring for your leathers

[speedysi]

Just a quick question. I wipe my leathers down practically after every ride, but how often do folks apply cream/leather care products etc? Also what do people use. My leathers are fairly robust Furygan ones.

Thanks.

Never done anything to mine, after 4 years they look pretty good! Probably should of done some care over the years but it's a bit pointless to start now

I've got an old Wolf jacket that I bought in the eighties and still wear on nice summer days (when I'm not carrying winter fat!) and it's never seen anything more than a damp rag, usually to get sweaty salt stains off. I figured that if a few tarmac eating incidents did little more than very light scuffing then normal usage hardly warranted spending money on waxes and polishes.
