Kawasaki Z750 Cat C Value?

Hi guys,

A knobhead van driver pulled out on me the other day and my lovely Z750 is now a Cat C. The insurance company have offered me £600 for it as salvage. Should I take it? Or should I take back the bike and sell it myself/sell it for parts? Current market value for a new one is about £2300ish.

Is there anywhere I can look to get an idea for Cat C values? Ebay and autotrader have yielded nout. Bike is 2005.

£600 buy back and the remainder in cash to yourself, I'd o that if the forks are ok and its just cosmetic/clocks etc.

You'll fetch a little less as cat c, but if you spend a little making it look pretty, you won't lose too much. There are more people like me that do not care if there are scuffs etc. Thumbs Up
