Would you be concerned if your bike cover was half off?

Hello BCF massive, I am a worried citizen atm!
Basically, my bike cover normally covers the full bike (apart from the front wheel) and when I woke up this morning it was like this:

They probably thought it was something interesting then discovered it was only that bike...

Only kidding. I reckon the fact its the side next to the house which is up, suggests wind picked up and whooshed the cover over. If it were the other side, I'd suggest foul-play.

I'd have a ground anchor in there for my own piece of mind.

If you can't for any reason, a big paint can full of post mix and a chain loop out the top should do the job.
